As we endeavour to engage with air-travel consumers, the necessity to utilise technology and to truly innovate to create an individual experience for the passenger is stronger than ever. How airports, concessionaires and brands should innovate to increase spend per passenger and enhance consumer loyalty are key to this year’s agenda.

We are pleased to announced this year’s conference theme “Engaging the air-travel consumer to spend through technology and innovation”, focusing on the latest innovations to increase passenger spending.

The in-depth conference programme will also explore key industry issues including:

  • Why don’t passengers spend at the airport, and how can we convert them into consumers?
  • Innovating to increase spend per passenger in all the key commercial areas, including Pricing, Technology and Creating An Experience.
  • New Partnerships – Developing relations with industry stakeholders, and beyond, to create meaningful interactions with passengers in a way that truly enhances profits.
  • Innovation to deepen relations, and engagement, with passengers by creating an individual experience.
