Nobel Peace Center

The networking Gala Dinner will take place at the Nobel Peace Center, officially opened by King Harald in June 2005 as part of the celebrations to mark Norway's centenary as an independent country. The Nobel Peace Center building was constructed in 1872 by Georg Bull and was used as a railway station for westbound trains until the mid-1980s. In 2002, British architect David Adjaye was selected to work on the Nobel Peace Center project and developed his spacial manipulation concept in which he used space, colour and materials to transform the Center's interior. David Small of Small Design Firm combined his technological skills to create a high-tech experience.

Since its opening, the Nobel Peace Center has been educating and entertaining its visitors through exhibitions, activities, lectures and cultural events and provides an interesting and inspiring surrounding for this evening of networking and entertainment.
